The act of having sexual intercourse with your partner (particularly a male), and you shit on their chest and make a U shaped design on their chest and turn around and leave the house.

Philly Turn

When a driver decides to make a left turn from the right lane, or left turn from the right lane usually cutting off other drivers and ultimately resulting in a possible crash. Most likely uninsured and unemployed trash.

I had to go buy a dash cam… I live in Philadelphia and you know those scumbag drivers are always making Philly Turns.
