The false (red) flag is used when people are already biased to a similar opinion as the one presenting the information, or the misinformation is used to try to manipulate people into being newly biased.

A zombie in the PVZ series, he is one of the four main basic zombies(other than normal zombie, conehead and buckethead) He is a recurring character in the Plants vs Zombies games. He carries a piece of fabric on a stick with a brain on it. Flag zombie signifies that a huge wave of zombies is approaching! He is slightly faster than your average zombie.
Make no mistake, Flag Zombie loves brains. But somewhere down the line he also picked up a fascination with flags. Maybe it's because the flags always have brains on them. Hard to say
