Silly Syndrome is the incapability to be serious. Symptoms may include making silly faces, constantly trying to make people laugh, peculiar vocabulary, and being bat shit crazy in any situation.

adjective (1) : in contexts wherein an illegal or dangerous act cannot be spoken of directly, silly is a general blanket term that keeps the act secret, however those in the know may understand the true meaning.

noun (2) : a person who does illegal or misdeedful acts, generally ones that are massively violent or dangerous.

note: generally used among neurodivergents because they are the silliest

e.g. 1: "A: So what were you up to on the weekend?*

"B(sillydoer): Oh just up all night being silly :3" (did heroin)
