One of the characters from Street Fighter 3: Third Strike. His regular outfit consists of: A fedora, mask and trenchcoat. In my opinion, he's one of, if not the best and most mysterious Street Fighter character so far.

Q is awesome! Wish he was in more games though...

But if you give up on him you will be sorry that you missed the love of your life he might not be the cutest but he is the brihtest, most loving, and caring person you will ever find. He might not be the guy you are looking for but he will always have your back as a friend, no matter what.
