"You lucky dog" is an idiom popularly used for males who have a female partner (This can be said for really any gender).

Although there is a more popular term with the same definition, which is "lucky dog".

Alex: "Hey, you got someone to date yet?"

Jeff: "Yeah, I got Kaitlin to date."
