Pulling a Steve

When someone gets over on someone by using coupons, complaining about a meal to get it for free. Being a cheap fk to get a discount by purposely damaging a product or making up a story to get it for free.
That guy just got that meal for free cause he said he didn't want cheese on the burger after he ate half of it. He "pulled a Steve" and got over!

Check it out, she's a Pulling a Steve trying to get a discount on that blouse. She rubbed it on the floor to dirty it to get ten percent off.
