Stoner is a simple man/woman who smokes mostly cannabis but also may be intrested in salvia or other herbs and mother natures makings but simply put, a guy who just likes to smoke everyday and listen to music and videogames have a good time with his/her friends not caring so much about the goings in the world

But stoner must'nt be mixed with pothead because they are two clearly different things and... yea thats pretty much about it

One who enjoys consuming cannabis either by most often smoking, ingestion, or vaporization.

A stoner can be male or female and any age, and any occupation. Everyone has a right to enjoy marijuana equally, which is why it grows freely.

I know plenty of good people who happen to be stoners. Many famous philosophers, scientists, and other great minds have smoked pot.

Stoner

Stoners are usually regular, productive members of society; Stoners have jobs, pay bills, can own cars,their own homes, even businesses. Stoners do everything normal, regular people do, except that Stoners also smoke weed. Potheads are those individuals that usually live in their parents basements or their mama's house, can't seem to get their shit together, and usually don't have much going on for themselves except smoking weed.

i.e., "The difference between you and me is that I get up every day, drive my car to my job, pay my rent and my bills, and I smoke weed: I am a Stoner! Whereas you don't work, don't want to work, you just want to smoke weed, borrow money and ride your bike to the store to buy munches: You are a Pothead.
