It's more than a few strands but not a clump. Girls do it artfully-like Elvis had a bit of a curl coming down girls wear pony tails and take out pieces to bring near their faces to their cheek, chin or longer. This is called the Heroine's Wisp because it looks like her hair has been a little messed up from winning a battle.
Her ponytail was perfect and she wore it with a Heroine's Wisp falling down across her left cheek to her chin. She dyed it pink so it really stood out. Her wisp was so pretty and her ponytail was blonde. Heroine's Wisps are so chic!
