Practice MVP

One who gives 110% in a practice setting, which makes the starters work harder to keep from looking bad in front of coach. But come game time, this individual rarely see's playing time due to lack of athleticism and game instincts. Similar to an "Uncle Tom" but is referring to an athlete in any sport.

This terms translates to the "game" on the streets.
Yo practice MVP is gonna get his ass kicked if he keeps up his shit during sprints.

An expression often used to get out of an awkward situation.

This is particularly popular the morning after a one night stand. Either to make your excuses to leave or to hint that the other party should be on their way.
