An anime made by Tatsunoko, the masters of anime in japan.
The plot revolves around a bishonen, Otoha, former yakuza member, who earns the power to become a Karas, a superpowered ninja covered by a black armor. This armor gives him powers to protect the city against the mikuras, machine demons created by the former Tokyo's protector, Ekou, a Karas who turned against the city.
Also, there's the Yurines, fairies who travel together with the Karas, giving them their powers.
It is a unique anime with 3D-celshaded scenes blending with traditional animation, splendid fight scenes - they actually fight, instead of shitty, pointless drama and angst, like in naruto and twilight books.
Karas is also a top-tier character in Wii's crossover fighter Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and has a fighting style similar to Strider Hiryu, focusing on speed and chain combos instead of damage.

Karas are huge bookworms. They can often be found with a book in their hand and have natural talent for writing. Karas are usually average in height and can sometimes be a little pudgy. With blonde hair, gorgeous blue eyes, and and an amazing smile, Karas are all together beautiful. They can be really childish and, if you’re lucky, pretty dirty minded. Karas are really nice, even when who they are being nice to doesn’t deserve it. They are super polite and the perfect angel child. Although Karas seem pretty average, they are usually obsessed with something, be it Anime, books, or whatever. If you ever meet a Kara, consider yourself lucky.

Kara is usually rich and SUPER loud. She often wears clothes that stick out good or bad. She tries new things like crazy hair tricks or wild makeup. She is usually caught up In her own world and thinks she is better at stuff she isn't. She is usually white with a only one skill she thinks she's a star at.

Kara, she is too funny, she has that one person in her life that makes her day no matter what. She loves to do her own thing and loves food, music, drawing, or just sitting in her room watching YouTube or listing to music. She loves being very laid back and calm when it comes to crazy or hard situations. She hates dresses and girly stuff, take her out on the moutain with a 4-wheeler, a gun, and food she will fall for you! You always need a Kara in your life, because once you meet her you'll never let her go.
