1. When you buy a ticket to another movie because you don't want to pay for another one for whatever reason.

in the event of texting someone a question or random information they fail or choose not to reply.

it is similar to the act of snubbing someone when you see them (they say hello and the other person ignores them) the text snub is just as rude.

2. Any site that regularly "SNUBS" those who fail to parrot the site's own self-aggrandizing scripts.

3. A web "PAGE" that "SNUBS" thus the term "SNUBPAGES"
