adj. the word is the combination of "slut" and clumsy" it referes to a slutty clumsy girl. A girl that is acting promiscuous (acting like a skank) in a sloppy way and/or falling down drunk. Also can be used to describe a girl that gets wasted and makes a fool out of herself.
