A term used for getting left out of a chow run, especially in the Air Traffic Profession, notably if your not a dues paying member. Stems from a union representative with the same name who threatened to leave people out of chow runs for not paying dues.
Ah shit, y’all went on a chow run and no one asked me? I got mick’d again!

Derogatory slang (chiefly British): A pejorative term used to refer to a person from Ireland. Usage is considered highly offensive and insulting. Historically common in England during the 20th century, especially the 1970s.

Informal personal name: A diminutive form of the given name Michael.

Note: Because of its dual meaning as a common nickname and an ethnic slur, context is crucial. Using the term to describe an Irish person outside of referring to someone actually named Michael is generally regarded as deeply offensive.
“Ah, he’s just a fucking Mick, isn’t he?”

“Look at all these Micks running around, thinking they know better.”

“He’s just an ignorant Mick, the lot of them.”

“Jesus, he’s a claw-hopping, bog-hopping Mick.”

“Would you fuck off, you Mick?”
