Someone who is annoying and a low life perverse person. He likes to make dirty jokes and likes annoying anyone around him. He can be nice and caring and loving with some people if you get to know him well enough if not he will annoying tell you leave. When it comes to being in a relationship he will break up with you one day before you make one month and then hate you.
