1.a sweat is someone who over-achieves, is particularly good at one subject.

2.this can also be used sarcastically.

1. "Jay you sweat!" I said, referring to the awesome 9 second sprint he did.

2. "You actual sweat." I said to my friend, who was cheering over the fact he figured out something dumb. (like what 9+17 is).
