A drink that restaurant servers share after a busy and stressful rush. Usually a small serving of a creamy stout like Guinness, drank quickly like a shot. It's purpose is to force the staff to take a step back from their tasks, meet up at the bar, take a quick drink and resume service with a clearer head and renewed comraderie.

A cheap bottle of cider, specifically 3 litres. Must be either Frosty Jack's, or Strongbow, depending on personal preference. Rarely consumed within the confines of one's own property (see Carry-Out). Northern Irish slang.
"Here mate, grab us a bottle of ding from the offie there!" Local hooligan off to get drunk with some friends.
