A shields brick is a portion of chips/fried rice/noodles and curry sauce, bought from numerous Chinese takeaway restaurants in North shields. This is not an expensive item.. It takes on an almost industrial strength brick shape in its container. Can be used as construction material, a weapon, or for culinary delight. Is also inexpensive, so a way to swerve the food banks. =

Shieh

A Shieh is a horrible teacher who doesn't teach anything properly in class, and expects you to learn the material by yourself. They also make a lot of incredibly dumb decisions. To pass a Shieh's class, you have to be either a fucking nerd, or dedicate your life and soul to the subject. Otherwise, accept your failure.

Shapes

Adjective - Describes something that is off, not quite right, or even unsettling. A situation that is less than ideal or unexpected could be considered “shapes”. Shapes can be used in many different situations and while it generally describes something in a negative way, it is not a hard and fast rule.

I was feeling pretty shapes this morning after that wild party last night.

Shield-maidening

"Shield-maidening" is a derogatory term that describes when a woman unnecessarily defends a man to gain favor or attention sexually or non-sexually. It can range from her defending/protecting and/or affirming a man's physique, intelligence, dating preference, etc. where it is unwarranted.
This term is the female version of the term "White-Knighting."

I saw this woman shield-maidening a guy online who stated he deserved a supermodel rather than an average woman when other people disagreed with his shallow opinion.

Stop shield-maidening that dude! You're giving them damaging advice!
