A kleptomaniac that asks u if u have any money and acts like ur the problem after stealing ur money at the atm. Usually prone calling for backup when u ask for a loan till the next day. Definately a smear campaign tactic used by peeps who have fucked up by some other smear campaign tactic being used to create an illusion of upper class status

Karma drove past saw the ppl who stole her money and made sure that the kleptos (definition of: any papers dusty drapers ) had no shoes no money nothing when they had to face the music and talk to the person they stole the money from the previous day.
