"Pulled A Azu" is a reference to Azuyoko_Rodrigues where Azuyoko would constantly make severe mistakes during Twitch streams on multiple online games, most commonly, Dead by Daylight.

A more Precise definition would be

1) To call someone out after they make a mistake

2) To make a lighthearted joke after a questionable decision
