Liberal, noun.
A person who is considered open to all new ideas.

HOWEVER.

In reality, they're Left-wing and intolerant of ideas. This wrongly used term (now correctly used) is rather upsetting and toxic. It's sad, really. yea. (see definition 39 of yea)
