Pillcase

A functioning pill addict. Usually skanky or homely in appearance with features such as ratty hair, tattoos, discolored, or missing teeth, unhealthy looking skin, and a raspy voice, and may even smell like a pharmacy or bar. Typically may have a side hustle such as selling drugs or pawning stolen goods. Usually due to the fact they could not pass an employer drug test to save their life.

Christina: “Have you met Jackie’s new friend lately that showed up to Linda’s gathering last weekend with the AC/DC shirt?”

Jen: “Yea she looked pretty wrecked with her gut hanging out and her missing teeth. I asked what she does for a living, and she says she sells natural oils at a flea market once a month and makes 20,000 a year.”

Christina: “Yea right… she’s a pillcase. Probably does drugs and has a side hustle… if what she makes is true. Something is just not adding up.”

NOTE: MDMA is a drug, used for raves and sex, that comes in forms called presses, or beans, or sometimes crystals in capsules. So while they are not called pills, they look similar. Also, the etymology of this comes from "pillow princess".
