Schmubel oil is a type of natural oil derived from the seeds of the shmubel tree, which is native to India. It is used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is also used as a massage oil.

I like to use shmubel oil in my stir-fry dishes for a unique flavor.
