One of the characters from Street Fighter 3: Third Strike. His regular outfit consists of: A fedora, mask and trenchcoat. In my opinion, he's one of, if not the best and most mysterious Street Fighter character so far.

Q is awesome! Wish he was in more games though...

The most divine substance in this mortal realm we call home, produced by the norwigian company q-meieriene. Much better than the clearly inferior "Litago Sjokolademelk". Those who dare question the divinety of Q fersk, shall perish and wither away alone in a dark soggy room. Q meieriene can with all respect call their chocolaty substance "norway's (and the world's) best chocolat milk".
