The term “Dog” is slang used in Australia, mainly the coastal areas. In the past few years it’s become common slang used by youth and eshays. Basically if someone says, “That’s dog” they’re not talking about a dog but there talking about the subject being negative, to rephrase it would be “that’s shit”.
