Occasional slang for testicles. I can't believe I don't see this definition here yet. There are so many terms for a guy's nuts, and this is just another. If someone refers to a guy's grapes, you know what they mean.

When you're the character that can beat all fiction, your legs get broken and the one who broke your legs wins the race "fair and square" so he mocks you with a catchy song about how Sour Grapes are the only ones that can beat you, and the fruit of victory and defeat. Then a green goblin man, Santa, Tooth fairy and a sticky man join your enemy to sing you Sour grapes.
