Jeffery is the other half of your brain that thinks it’s ok to be weak, to accept the laziness of modern society. He lives the more comfortable lifestyle, avoiding all challenges. He criticizes men for beginning their self-improvement journeys, and encourages them to be lazy like him. He excessively eats processed foods, jerks off to porn, and indulges in instant-gratification activities like video games, social media, and tv all day long. He fails to set goals for himself daily and strive towards them. His testosterone levels are to the lowest of the low, and his masculinity is subsiding beneath him. Everyone has a Jeffery within them, but the people with the strongest wills choose not to follow his lead.
