Although racially offensive, it is an apt description of a facial affliction characterized by squinty eyes and caused by smoking, eating, or otherwise ingesting a lot of ganga in a short period of time.

Just leave him on the couch in front of the TV. There's no way he can make a White Castle run with us. Look at him...he's got chinese eyes.

Nip Eye

A nipple crippler or tity twister that is performed so hard that the nipples are ripped off the victim and stuck on their eyes. Thus called the "Nip Eye".

Ptosis eye

Drooping of one or both eyelids. Mistakenly called "lazy eye". Occurs to people who's eye muscle weakens over time but also people are known to be born with it. Treated with surgery but usually droops again over time. Adults are usually more informed about this so little kids tend to ask questions about it to a person with Ptosis.

normal kid: "whats wrong with your eye?"
ptosis kid: "i dont know, i was born with it..."
normal kid: "oh....ok. so wanna play?"
ptosis kid: "sure"
