When you make a mistake as a result of being tired, you have a monday moment. If something happens to you that you're annoyed or frustrated about, that's a monday moment.

When you are caught completely off guard by an object that is out of place and you instinctively jump back, like when a cat sees a cucumber on the floor and jumps straight up.
