A modern combination, combining "Whack" and "Accident", typically referring to a accident that should have never taken place and is being blown into more drama than resolve, potentially caused by inferior, inappropriate, or stupid driving.

Man look at that Waxident, had to have taken some talent to get your car to spin around and sit on the median like that.
