Joey Toast

A combination of Joey Deacon, meaning someone who is a few sandwiches short of a picnic and Toast, meaning they are a bit slow. Toast being adopted from the 'Cartoon Network' show 'Ed, Edd & Eddy', were one of its main characters, who is alot like Joey Deacon, frequently uses the phrase "Buttered toast!"

"Erm, uh, huy, hi!" squealed Derek.
"Shut it Deeko, you actually Joey Toast!" replied Lewis.
