Its name is derived from Eddie Deloach, the mayor of Savannah, GA who has stopped all enforcement of the city's zoning code outside the city's historic district.
Look at that yard, it's disgusting how the occupants pulled an Eddie Deloach. It makes the whole street look like a trailer park.
