When using the restroom, it is when a pocket of gas becomes trapped between two pieces of fecal matter, compressing the gas more and more until it ruptures sending the fecies harshly out of the sphinctor. (Derived from Canada, the country of shit, and compressed with "rocket" describing the projectile motion of the fecies.)
