A fan term in American football, when a receiver makes a one-handed catch that the user feels the receiver had little chance of making. Named for Odell Beckham Jr, a player from the New York Giants who made a very well-known example of that play. Often used in the past tense.

Usually , the odds are only used in a random event wich can have only two possible result, considered succes and failure. When counting the odds, you must first find how many possible result will give you a succes versus how many give you a failure.
