A Diego is a person with a strange obsession with becoming a femboy, so obsessed that if you were to encounter them, you'd see them in their usual outfit of pink thigh-high socks, belt-sized pink micro/mini skirt, a t-shirt with the words "Daddy's good little boy", and last but not least, paired with his favorite cat ears and tail!
