Is a Northern Ireland based nickname for a person that can only be described as a very unique person. Such characteristics of this 'steeky' include: bat shit crazy (roller coasters the line between sanity & insanity), doesn't give a f**k, hysterical sense of humor and calls it like they see it.

A cope and excuse for those blindsided by the ammo shortages of 2020, as they did not maintain a good supply of quality ammunition for their rifles, and now must resort to buying steel cased ammo as all the quality brass type have been picked clean.
