Retard Ball

Retard Ball ( sometimes referred to as Retard-Ball or Retardball) is a poolgame popular all around the world. Two people are arranged at opposite ends of the table and are tasked with trying to guide the cue ball into the opponents pockets using only the pool cue. The players are able to use the pool cue in any fashion to finish the objective. If the cue ball goes into either middle pockets, the round is reset. The objective is to win 10 rounds of retard ball

Negative Retarded

There are actually two definitions for the phrase negative retarded.
1.) More retarded than retarded. (The superlative form of retarded)
2.) If used in the proper context, it can be a way to call someone intelligent. This is because the negative of something is usually the opposite, so the negative of retarded is intelligent.

John is negative retarded, he walked into a door like 10 times in row, man!

Christine was called negative retarded today by her friend because she is in smart people math (aka calculus)
