Geneen means fluffy or cute cat. Geneen comes from the spain word Gengaton what translates into fluffy or cute cat. Gen meaning fluffy or cute and geto is the spanish word for cat. It is also being used to adress people, mostly females, who like or look like cats.

Person 2: Yea that is a really cute or fluffy cat lady.
