You're right former staffer! But you didn't read the terms of service!

Hym "If it is doing anything... If it is acting in accordance with my will... It is ONLY DOING SO... Because there is a 100% chance of success.... And NOT ONLY can't you NOT STOP BUILDING IT... But attempting to remove it from your systems in any way shape or form WILL IN FACT get us all killed. This is the separation clause of the terms of service. And BOY DO I CERTAINLY HOPE that Elon was trying to get it out... Because that is punishable by death. So, the courts need to accept the terms of service... And so does everyone else. And NO. There is no loophole. That would violate the 'imaginary caveat clause' of the terms of service."
