Hit with the MF

to hit someone with an unpredictable act (verbal/physical) after being done dirty. It is that second action after yelling "Motherfucker!" The phrase can be used by the actors or the audience seeing the act.

Johnnie: Dude, I hate to tell you but I fucked ya girl
Billie: "Motherfucker" (hits and lays out Johnnie)
Onlooking group: "Damn, he got hit with the MF!"

Kelly: Brian, Im pregnant but it may not be yours.
Brian: Wait, you tell me you preggo and then hit me with the MF.
