delayed pain

When you hurt yourself, and your body is good for a few seconds, but then the pain happens (ex: stubbing your toe, feeling it after a half second)

Aching muscle barely counts, this is mainly for delay in the seconds.

When I stubbed my toe on the wall, the delayed pain happened after a second.

refers to a pain in the stomach or guts, in which causes you to burb uncontrollably and bring up acid form the lining of your stomach. Usaully caused by drinking iced coffee or smoking.
