Someone who got cheated on/someone who is loyal.
Comes from the saying “cheater cheater pumpkin eater”. Someone who doesn’t “eat the pumpkin” (the cheater) is the protector.

After getting cheated on, she became a pumpkin protector, and vowed to never be a cheater.

Criminal pumpkin

Its a highly contagious bug running rampant in certain parts of the world. Beef Pumpkin

When you're raw doggin the backdoor and you reach around, use your ring fongers to pull the mouth from the sides to make an extra big smile and your pointer/middle fingersto stretch the eyes into a triangle shape so she looks like a Jack-o-lantern. Beef Pumpkin
