also known as whiffle dauffer...bibble whiffle is one who bites fart bubbles in the bathtub.

When she farted in the bath; the bibble whiffle in me took over and I was compelled to bite the bubbles.

Noun - used to describe a person of inferior intellect or a person who's parents might be brother and sister. A bibble may have poor motor skills and may take on the appearance of someone with an intellectual disability. Bibbles lack common sense and are complete simpletons. Sloth (Lotney Fratelli) from 'The Goonies' is a bibble.
