Verb. Synonymous with complaining. Meeping is when someone won't stop complaining about nothing! All they do is meep, meep, meep! (Also makes an annoying sound when you say "meep, meep, meep" to exaggerate how annoying and pointless they sound.

John annoyed the crap out of me today! He wouldn't quit meeping about his ex, his school work, his job! All day it was, "meep, meep, meep, meep, meep!!"

a meep is a fart that is borderline diarreah. it usually smells almost deadly and can cause a number of harsh side effects (i.e. eye watering, nostril burning, gagging, and even vomiting in some rare cases.) it smells almost immediately and the smell lingers for a long time. if you are in the car and someone meeps you will definitely need to open the windows. the smell may be described as "thick," "pungent," or "gnarly."
