Fucktart 

A swear word made by combining the words “Tart” and “Fuck” (as noun).
Basically a word for swearing someone out that can’t even get the most simplest thing right - like a tart not being able to simply be a cake.
Oftentimes used when targeted person is under influence.

That dude is such a Fucktart. He can’t even spell his name after drinking a singular beer.

Fucktart 

Fucktart: Word coined by Jayson Howe. It can either mean someone who fucks tarts or someone who is totally incompetent and a total jerk to everyone. (Jayson gets full credit for making this word.)

Man 1: That guy is a fucktart.
Man 2: He fucks tarts?
Man 1: No. The other definition.
Man 2: Yeah! He's an incompetent jerk. What a total fucktart.
Man 1: Totes.
