continentalism

Paradigm in which capitalism fools a country into fighting the most unwinnable wars first; before any feasible wars.

Also a racialist paradigm which recognizes only the discretic elements of scientific thought (elements of the periodic table etc.) and thus only recognizes only European contributions to history.
Adolf Hitler fashioned himself as an opponent of capitalism; but his invasion of Poland and Europe's Eastern Front indicates he was a capitalist under the purview of continentalism.

Continental Breakfast

A cheap “breakfast” that CEOs and managers get their employees, paid for with their corporate credit card, and with a copy of the receipt to give to the company so that they can get reimbursed, because god forbid you spend 1/100,000th of your yearly salary on your staff to show that you actually give a rats ass about them. Typically purchased from whichever donut shop is the cheapest (and on their way to work so they don’t need to use an extra $0.90 of gas), this meal is comprised of donuts and/or muffins, fruits, toast, and coffee.
CEO: On Monday we will feature a continental breakfast for the first time in two years to show you all how much we appreciate your hard work that you prioritize over spending time with your family so that you can still afford to pay rent.

Third Continental Congress

An informal, citizen-led term used by some organizers to describe a voluntary movement advocating for direct democracy in the United States, particularly referencing the 23 states with active ballot initiative or referendum processes; inspired by the historic Continental Congress and used symbolically to encourage broader civic participation. Not an official government body and holds no legal or legislative authority.
During the historic 250th anniversary of the United States, 23 states allow direct democracy through citizen-initiated ballot measures, and some scholars and activists may refer to this coalition as a modern ‘Third Continental Congress’—a symbolic term for a citizen-led movement calling on other states to join.
