Green Movement Yuppie

Acronym for Young Urban Professional who is into the green movement. Group whose culture blends the hippie/counterculture values of the 60s and the materialistic values of the 80s. Usually found in Starbuck's, organic food stores, and generally are into outdoor exercise activities such as running, cycling, etc. Generally liberal in their political views. They tend to be self-confident and place an emphasis on personal appearance/status. They may also exhibit green “techie” tendencies, where they purchase/endorse “green” technology that complements their outdoor lifestyle (hybrids, energy efficient light bulbs, digital books, etc.).

Anti Furry Movement

A movement that will liberate mankind from the disgusting phenomenon of furryism, and rid society of furry perverts and recluses.
The Anti Furry Movement will cleanse the earth of paedophiles and beastophiles!

Neohippie Movement

The revival of the Hippy movement. This movement is taking the principals of the 60's Hippy movement and applying it to modern day culture. Neohippies believe in peace and choose not to conform to mainstream culture.

Neohippies have different style than the original hippies. They listen to some of the great 60-70 rock musicians, but they also listen to various modern artists.

They also smoke weed and eat shrooms like the hippies. Only now, both shrooms and weed can be grown privately and are much higher quality than their 60's counterparts. And now, this new movement has DMT, K, salvia, and ecstasy to play with!

The internet is helping this movement spread.
Ravers, hippies, beatniks, and even some punks are some of the people who are involved in/part off the neohippie movement.

the movement

A mystical energy repeatedly mentioned by singer Jon Anderson, in many songs by the British progressive rock band Yes.

Like many of his lyrics, it has no specific meaning.

Similar to the moment.
"And you and I climb clearer towards the movement..."

"Is the movement really light?"

"Hold all the secrets from you, as they produce the movement..."
