Manch-Vegas

Alternative name for the city of Manchester, New Hampshire, USA. The word was coined by combining the first part of "Manchester" with the second word in "Las Vegas," juxtaposing Las Vegas's glitz and glamor with Manchester's lack of either. Used derisively.

The act of going to one's home (preferably basement) and engaging a session of video gaming and/or movie watching.

The man cave originates from the word man, which is us, and cave, which is an opening used as a dwelling in ancient times.

"Man cave? Man cave."

"To the man cave!"

"Up for some mancaving tonight?"

"I could really use some man cave right about now!"
