To "frank" someone when in a social situation (i.e. a pub) involves dipping or placing a frankfurter into their drink. This is done either when they get up to go to the toilet/bar and leave their drink unattended, or when they are sat at the table before they realise what you are doing.

Get the Frankmug. The general feeling or sentiment of being utterly self-conscious, ashamed, self-aware or a combination of all three. This state-of-mind is often triggered when someone makes a playful joke or comment about another person (who then may or may not become Frank). In extreme circumstances one may be rendered socially incapacitated for small periods of time from being too Frank.
