A fat, narcissistic, and manipulative woman who has a grandiose sense of self and lack of any respect for her family and friends, and even strangers. A Cece uses her lies and deceit to gain pity and attention from those around her in order to feed her insatiable hunger for fentanyl, though any drug will do and she will do whatever it takes to get that next high. But even when she can't get her hands on drugs, Cece is content with getting high on causing a negative impact on the lives of those around her by stealing or making up lies just to work people against each other.
