Nickname for a hispanic person who is semi-circumsized because Estilo is spanish for style. Calling a hispanic person Estilo is usually used to ridicule them because of there odd circumsicion style.

Our good friend Rodrigo is semi-circumsized, therefore we call him Estilo.
